Hope everyone had a wonderful New Year's! Didn't bust any fireworks or firecrackers this year. It was all about the food this year and tasting the many different flavors of assorted Arizona drinks I could find at the store. The Half Iced Tea and Half Mango (Te Helado Con Jugo de Mango) is a strong favorite right now. 

     So with the New Year comes some resolutions. Well, what I really want to do is learn a new instrument. Maybe the alto sax or trumpet, or both. I want to play some Bebop. Salt peanuts, salt peanuts! I just need the years and years (and more years) to achieve that kind of advanced musicianship. But I have patience...in my own way, lol. 

     The malls are open right now wouldn't mind cruising there, but I'd also like to check out Sandys, I really like it on that side. Here's to a fresh new start on things and to an awesome 2012. #BootsToAsses

     Looking forward to some awesome music this year too. There should be a lot of it too, oh yes! 

     Once again, it's that time of year to be thankful for a lot of things. And eat till you over-stuff yourself and take a breather during a movie marathon on television. Lots of good movies on right now, I know Taxi Driver is playing right now. But to be safe, I kind of scheduled something of my own. Right now, Predator is playing :-D

     I have a lot to be thankful for. Family, friends, good health, work, and school. I want to also say I'm thankful for all the doctors out there who treat and heal people. The teachers and professors who educate us kids and adults, both traditional and non-traditional :-D The pilots who travel the skies on a daily basis, who fly passengers to their destinations safe and sound. The chefs who make wonderful meals for the entire day. The nurses who take care of people. The person at Starbucks making awesome coffee. I'm thankful for all of you!

     Tomorrow is Black Friday! Anyone doing anything special? I might participate, only to spectate. For real. Hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving! Happy Thanksgiving! Now to drink that special something that I can only limit myself to having once a year :-D
