1. Vultures United
Vultures United currently have a kickstarter project. To learn more about what kickstarter is, check it out here. Basically, it's a new way to help fund creative projects. The band is hoping to release a covers 7” record titled, Girls. It will feature five to six songs of cover songs originally sang by girls in bands or as solo artists. Lots of cool rewards for certain pledges include discography packs, special t-shirts and free music. They have until July 8 to meet their goal. Check out the kickstarter page here for more details. Vultures United were on Episode 18. The song on this episode is titled, The Natives, off of the album, Savages.
2. Dead Icons
Dead Icons, from Lexington, Kentucky, are currently on tour and have been since June 16, with Call to Preserve (Facedown Records) and Dynasty (Strike First Records). Select dates will also be with Onward to Olympus (Facedown Records). It is also Call to Preserve's last tour. Also, Dead Icons currently have two new tunes streaming on facebook right now. Check it out here. Other releases by Dead Icons include a split with Unrestrained, a Winter demo, and Vultures. Dead Icons were on two previous episodes (#3 and #12) with tracks from Vultures. The song on this episode is titled, It Never Ends, off of the split with Unrestrained.
3. Prize Country
Prize Country are no longer active, but members have gone on to a new project known as Jr. Worship. The new project recently went on tour, but had to cancel dates due to van problems. Jr. Worship currently has a record out. Check their facebook for details. Prize Country have several releases including two full lengths, Lottery of Recognition, originally released on Exigent Records and later through Failed Scene Records on vinyl format. The other release was the band's final album, With Love, on Hex Records. The song on this episode is titled, Playing the Fool, off of, Lottery of Recognition.

4. .bipolar.
.bipolar. are a metal band from Las Vegas, Nevada. They too, have a kickstarter project. They are hoping to put on a West Coast tour starting from Las Vegas, going through California, to Oregon and then back. They have until August 24 to meet their goal. Check out the project here. Some rewards include a special CD that features all of songs from .bipolar., as well as acknowledgment on a future album, and merch packs. Currently .bipolar. have been playing shows on and off here in Las Vegas. Their most recently release, Valley of Fire, is currently available on iTunes. The song on this episode is the title track from their Capacity for Change EP.
5. Anchors
Anchors are a fast, aggressive punk band from Melbourne, Australia. They currently are on short tour of Australia with dates in June and July. Also, Poison City and Creator-Destructor Records re-released their 2010 album, Bad Juju, on vinyl format in the beginning of June. The album comes with new artwork by Glenn Smith and is available on both red and mixed red and black colors. Check out this website for more details on how to pick up a copy. Other releases by the band include the three song demo titled, Songs for Lily. The song featured on this episode is titled, One Man Wolf Pack, off of, Bad Juju.
