1. Pennylane
Pennylane was a four-piece rock band from the island of Kauai, Hawaii. Members have included David Tamaoka (bass), Kellen Craddock (guitar), Laine Furukawa (guitar), Josh Tamaoka (drums), and Stew Chuck (guitar). The band later made the big move to the Northwest and settled in Portland, Oregon. In 2003, the band released a five song demo which later appeared on From Paradise to Parking Lots, released through Indie Vision Music. The song featured on this podcast is, Losing You, off of, From Paradise to Parking Lots. The track is also featured on the Hawaiian Express Records compilation, Roots Rock Reggae, along with other tracks by Hawaii Superstars.

2. OneStarCity
OneStarCity was a five-piece progressive-rock band from Vancouver, Britsh Columbia, Canada. The band formed in late of 2007 and released one album titled, Lion Fights in the Streets of Hollywood. Although the band is no longer active, the members have gone on to pursue other projects. The track on this podcast is titled, Panther Vs. Your Face, from Lion Fights in the Streets of Hollywood.
3. The Art of Abandonment
The Art of Abandonment was a rock/post-hardcore band from Red Lion, Pennsylvania. The band officially formed in 2004 and since then went on a few tours and released, The Vagrant Forsaken EP, until 2007. Other demos and post-EP material can be heard on their purevolume and myspace pges. Since The Art of Abandonment, a few members went on to play in Maresea. The song featured on this podcast is Call From Home, off of The Vagrant Forsaken EP. The players on this track are Benjamin Wise (drums, vocals), Brandt Imhoff (bass), Brent Gregory (guitar), Jonathan Clark (guitar) and Joshua Keller (keys).

4. Sprockets
Originally from Boise, ID, Sprockets is a three piece rock band that relocated to Las Vegas, NV. Members of Sprockets are Brodie Knight Vans (vocals, guitar), Brave Dave Schwaller (bass) and Dustin Johnson (drums). Sprockets have released one EP (Screaming Over Car Alarms) and two albums (Sympathetic Addictions, Medicated Empty) since their formation. Their most recent album, 2009's, Medicated Empty, was recorded at Monkey Trench Studios and produced by Mike Herrara of MxPx. The song featured on this episode is New Years Day from, Medicated Empty.
5. Sound the Sky
Sound the Sky are a newly formed four-piece. This up and coming band formed in late 2009 and released their first demo in February titled, Fight or Flight, which can be downloaded off of their purevolume page. Members of Sound the Sky are Cassie Purtlebaugh, Chris Capellini, Justin Sy, Shawn Averill, and Gibby Lopez. The featured track on this episode is Je Ne Suis Pas Un Homme (also known as, Frenchie) off of Fight or Flight.
