1. (Order of the) White Rose
The (Order of the) White Rose is made up of members Nate Robertson (drums), Noah Robertson (bass/lead vocals) and Stephen Hart (guitar/backup vocals). From Haiku, Hawaii on the island of Maui, the band has released one album, War Machine, a live CD of a performance on the Monday Night Live KTUH series, and the 7", Ghost of the Sidewalk / Seeds of Destruction since their formation in 2004. With politically-driven lyrics of social injustice and protest, the White Rose forms it sound on the basis of early hardcore and punk rock. As for the band name, the White Rose is in reference to a group of students who stood up and resisted their government during the oppressive Nazi Regime in 1942. As a way of communication for these students, they chose leaflet writing. The first leaflet titled, White Rose, called upon fellow Germans to resist their government after stating they had been imprisoned by the Nazi system. The band is currently writing and preparing for a new record to be released sometime this year. The song featured on this podcast, Armchair General, is off of their 2006 debut, War Machine.
2. Unit F
From Orange Country, CA, Unit F are Mel Torment (vocals), Steve Kastrinos (guitar/vocals), Chris Young (guitar/vocals), Terrence Kiriokos (drums) and George Hart (bass, vocals). They have one album out titled, American Shutdown. The track featured on this episode is I See Grey.

3. Sanity In Numbers
Sanity in Numbers is a 5-piece punk band from the city of Calgary, AB, Canada. Members of Sanity in Numbers are Dave (vocals), Scott (guitar), Glen (bass), Boobs (guitar), and Geoff (drums). The band recorded their debut album, When Pigs Fly, on their own in early 2009 and released it last September. The album is currently available for download for free on their website. New songs are also currently in the works for a future studio recording. The song featured on this podcast is Leggo My Ego off of When Pigs Fly.
4. 5 Days Dirty
5 Days Dirty is a punk band from East Bay, CA. The band consists of Justin (guitar/vocals), Steven (bass/vocals), Steve (drums), and Miles (management). 5 Days Dirty has been featured on several compilations including the Warped Tour D.I.Y Stage compilation and the Thrasher Skate Rock Vol. 12. Also included in their catalog is several tour albums and their more recent release, Sound of Revolution. It has been said by the band members that 5 Days Dirty is actually in reference to them not showering for five days straight. The song on this podcast is Full Speed, off of Sound of Revolution.
5. Casket Life
Casket Life formed in January 2003 and is based in Tempe, AZ. This punk/rock and roll band includes members, Safety (drums), Barnes (vocals), Milky (guitar), Deuces (guitar), and Roy (bass). Casket Life has released two albums (The Good Times Are Killing Me and Building a Better Disaster), both on Stomping Ground Records, a label formed by the band members. The song featured on this podcast is Drinking in the Penalty Box off of Building a Better Disaster. The album was recorded at Motor Studios, the label studio of Fat Wreck Chords, three years ago, but only released this past May. The album features twelve songs of straight-up punk rock from Arizona.
